css / CSS Display
interview

Q1. What does the display property do?
display property specifies how an element is displayed on the page: block, inline, inline-block, none, etc.

Q2. What is the difference between block and inline?
Block elements start new lines and take full width. Inline elements flow horizontally and take only necessary width.

Q3. What is inline-block?
inline-block flows like inline but can have width, height, margins, and padding like block elements.

Q4. What does display: none do?
It removes the element from the document flow entirely, not taking up any space.

Q5. What is the difference between display: none and visibility: hidden?
display: none removes element from layout. visibility: hidden hides element but preserves its space.
